I met the St. Onge family on a winter wonderland-type day, with a fresh blanket of snow and more falling. Burton was a brand new destination for me, and I was so excited by that bridge! And this family… what a bunch of lookers! :D There was a lot to photograph since we met up [...]

And this family… what a bunch of lookers! :D There was a lot to photograph since we met up outside to capture some shots of the family and Amy’s little belly, and then home to warm up and do some lifestyle shooting. Isabelle demonstrated how she communicates with her soon-to-be baby brother… and then whipped out her own little camera. Future competition!

It was one of those mornings that gets you every time – the infinite blue sky tricks you into thinking that it is actually warm out, and then the cold air hits you like a ton of bricks. Ah well, the fresh blanket of snow and a bright sun over Oromocto made me very happy [...]

Ah well, the fresh blanket of snow and a bright sun over Oromocto made me very happy – lens flares galore! Thanks for having me over, Geneviève – you and your boys are beautiful :)

I met up with the O’Shea family on one bitterly cold Sunday morning and spent the next two hours doing the most authentic type of lifestyle photography. No locations, no directions; just 2 kids, 2 parents, and their house. It was awesome! I love that my clients totally “get” my style and are ready and [...]

I met up with the O’Shea family on one bitterly cold Sunday morning and spent the next two hours doing the most authentic type of lifestyle photography. No locations, no directions; just 2 kids, 2 parents, and their house. It was awesome! I love that my clients totally “get” my style and are ready and willing to just let loose. I know LeeAnn has been bouncing off the walls with excitement waiting to see the images of William and Landon (and Sean!), so here they are! Enjoy!

I met the Curtis family on a bright and sunny day just after the first snow of the season – we got started at the Walking Bridge, where a bitterly cold wind quickly got us down! So we moved on to the Curtis homestead – with its fortunate protection from the wind and awesome green wall – and captured some images of the family hanging out together. A relaxed afternoon of photography with great people – just the way I like it!

Sometimes you meet someone and their sheer kindness takes your breath away. After weeks of emailing back and forth, Saira greeted me with a big hug the morning of our shoot, and I just knew it was going to be something special. Yaseen and Hamza were in high spirits and the morning began with a 700 metre dash across the Walking Bridge, and only got better from there.

I picked about the toughest conditions possible for the technical aspects of photography – high noon on an incredibly sunny day, in a location with plenty of traffic and tons of shadows. And I love the photos. So Saira and David – I hope you’re as happy as you promised me you’d be! :D As Hamza would say, “Great Job!”
