I come by my photography quite naturally; both my father and grandfather are huge photo nerds themselves. My grandfather in particular has amassed quite the collection of gear. He shoots all digital now, toting around his little Canon ELPH, so I have been needling him for awhile about how he should definitely, clearly, give his old stuff to me.
Well somewhat to my surprise, he did!

Needless to say, I’ve since been having fun testing out all that new stuff. One of the rolls of 120 film (expired since before I was born, I’m sure) immediately went into the Holga, and popped the 300 mm zoom on my SLR – many, many, bird photos ensued.
